Can we submit a co-existence agreement or letter of consent to the Trademark Office in order to overcome the refusal of a trademark application?

Submitting a co-existence agreement or letter of consent to the Indonesian Trademark Office would not overcome the refusal of the trademark application.

For your information, under our practice, an exclusive right of a trademark cannot be given to different parties based on the co-existence agreement or letter of consent which has been agreed by both parties in order to avoid confusion to the public regarding the source of product and quality of goods and services.
