Pursuant to Article 41 of Copyright Law No. 28 of 2014, the works that cannot be protected under copyright are as follow:
a. Works that have not been embodied in tangible form;
b. Every idea, procedure, system, method, concept, principle, findings or data despite having been expressed, stated, described, explained, or incorporated in a Work; and
c. Tools, objects, or products that are created solely to resolve technical problems or of which form only serve functional needs.
